About Richard Weisser dba Coweta Fayette Real Estate, Inc. Richard Weisser was originally licensed in January of 1984, and affiliated with Gramm and Associates in Stockbridge Georgia. He is currently doing business as Coweta Fayette Real Estate, Inc., associate broker UNITED REALTY GROUP in Newnan, GA Real Estate Skills: Richard is a contracts and agency specialist. He wrote the policy and procedures manual for Century 21 Intown, and developed in-house real estate training programs and web-based training programs. As an active member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors Technology and Education committee, He developed and presented two programs on computer basics to members of the board in March and April of 2003. Developed numerous software programs for specific applications, including "Depalmas Data Base, " "Keycoder," and "Fax Filer."
